Managing Director
Co-founded Hera Sweaters in 2003 and has led the company through every phase of its growth. Sits on the board of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers Association.

Joined the family business in 2009 after an MBA at INSEAD. Leads commercial strategy, European partnerships and the Düsseldorf sample studio.

Joined in October 2025 from a Milanese knitwear house. Leads our in-house design studio of designers and pattern engineers.

Director of European Sales
Twenty-two years in European knitwear procurement, formerly head of sourcing at a Hamburg-based fashion group. Based in Düsseldorf.

Chief Operating Officer
Joined Hera in 2014 to lead production. Oversees the 2,400-strong campus team and our STOLL technical service partnership.
