Precision Knitwear.
Industry Leading Standards.
Bangladesh Craft.
A full-package knitwear partner for Global fashion houses. Sample-to-bulk in six weeks, audited supply chain, and a fleet of 400 STOLL machines under one roof.
Built around precision and repeatability.
A vertically-integrated knit manufacturer engineered for medium-to-large European programs. Every order is run on calibrated equipment, against documented procedures, with full traceability.
A range across categories, gauges, and yarns.
From everyday merino crewnecks to multi-color jacquard programs, our product engineers translate moodboards into production-ready tech packs in days.
Compliance is the starting line, not the goal.
Our environmental and social commitments are measured, audited, and published. We design programs that meet European Green Deal expectations from the outset.
Sustainability,
designed into
the building.
Beyond certifications, our sustainability commitments are engineered into how the campus is built, powered, ventilated, and run — from the choice of machine fleet to the thickness of the walls.
Our environmental and social commitments are not a corporate add-on. They are decisions that shaped the machine fleet, the architecture, the energy plant, and the daily flow of 2,400 employees through the campus.
The following seven initiatives summarise where we have measurably reduced energy, water, and carbon — and where the next phase of our sustainability roadmap is heading. Verified figures are published annually in our ESG report.
Advanced STOLL knitting fleet
Our facility runs around 400 STOLL flat-knit machines — including 12 GG–180, 7 GG–200, and 3 GG–20 units. Globally recognised for higher durability, advanced design capability, and a 25% energy advantage and ~20% longer operational lifetime over conventional jacquard machines.
Energy-efficient production
High-speed servo motors and advanced linking machines deliver ~25% energy savings and improve working efficiency by nearly 20%. A Bus Bar Trunking system distributes power efficiently across the campus, while magnetic-bearing chillers cut cooling energy by ~30%. Energy meters in every section enable continuous monitoring.
1 MW solar with net metering
A 1 MW rooftop solar system feeds the campus grid with net metering to maximise renewable use and minimise wastage. Rainwater harvesting is installed for water conservation, and a dual-flush system is planned across the facility.
Clean transportation on-site
EV charging points are installed within the premises to support clean transportation. Bicycle stands across the campus encourage employees to choose eco-friendly commute options and contribute to reducing carbon emissions.
Two-thirds green open space
Nearly two-thirds of the total factory premises consist of green open areas with trees and landscaping. Employees pass through greenery and open space before and after work — a deliberate design choice that supports wellbeing and reduces mental stress on the floor.
Daylight & passive cooling
The production facility is planned to maximise the use of natural daylight through carefully placed windows — reducing daytime dependence on artificial lighting. 15-inch brick walls maintain a naturally cooler indoor environment and lower cooling energy demand.
Four smoke-free staircases
The entire production building is designed with four smoke-free staircases and no internal stairways inside the production floors. This minimises smoke-trap risk during emergencies and supports faster, safer evacuation in the event of a fire.
One campus. Every step of the knit.
Vertical integration is what allows us to commit to short lead times and predictable quality. Visit the floor — we host European buyers for full-day audits any week.
An engineering culture, not a job-shop.
In-house Design Studio
